North American Lighting is seeking an Operator to join our production team in Mattoon, IL. The role involves performing the primary process or final assembly of exterior automotive lighting parts as part of a team, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and 0–2 years of related manufacturing experience. Responsibilities include material handling, quality reviews, and maintaining a clean, organized work area following 6S practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to perform basic quality checks during production.
• Ability to keep work area clean and organized per 6S standards.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from production machinery as part of molding or coating processes.
• Perform quality reviews during and after processes to separate good from bad parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with machine changes.
• Assist with timely material handling and moving parts to stations as needed.
• Support team to ensure efficient production of exterior automotive lighting products.
