Job summary

A leading automotive lighting manufacturer in Muscle Shoals, AL, is seeking a team-oriented Operator - Assembly to perform primary assembly tasks on automotive lighting systems. The ideal candidate will ensure quality control during assembly and maintain a clean workspace. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with 0-2 years of related manufacturing experience. • Performs quality review of parts and finished products during assembly process.

• Ensures that the scrap basket is emptied regularly.
• Locates and brings processed parts to work station as needed.
• Assists in machine part changes as needed.

North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for an Operator - Assemblyto join ourteam. The ideal candidatewill perform the primary process or final assembly of manufactured parts as a team member in the production of exterior automotive lighting products.

Your Priorities

• Assembles processed parts and places parts on racks or inpackaging.
• Performs quality review of parts and finished products during assembly process, and separates out bad parts.
• Keeps work area clean, swept and free of dust, and maintains good 6S' within the department.
• Ensures that the scrap basket is emptied in regular intervals.
• Locates and brings processed parts to work station for assembly, as needed.
• Assists in machine part changes, as needed.

Requirements

Your Background

High School Diploma or GED, plus 0 - 2 years of related experience working in a manufacturing environment.
