Job summary

A leading automotive lighting manufacturer in Muscle Shoals, AL, is seeking a team-oriented Operator - Assembly to perform primary assembly tasks on automotive lighting systems. The ideal candidate will ensure quality control during assembly and maintain a clean workspace. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with 0-2 years of related manufacturing experience. Qualifications

• 0 - 2 years of related experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assembles processed parts and places parts on racks or in packaging.
• Performs quality review of parts and finished products during assembly process.
• Keeps work area clean and maintains good 6S' within the department.
• Ensures that the scrap basket is emptied regularly.
• Locates and brings processed parts to work station as needed.
• Assists in machine part changes as needed.
