Job summary

The Army National Guard is seeking a Light-Wheel Vehicle Mechanic. You will supervise and perform maintenance and recovery operations on wheeled vehicles in the field and shop, inspecting, servicing, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems including wiring harnesses and charging systems.

As part of the Guard, you can earn while you learn with paid training, tuition assistance, and a path to civilian mechanic roles. Expect drill weekends with compensation and part-time service options.

• Interest in automotive engines and how they work.
