The DC Army National Guard is seeking a Light-Wheel Vehicle Mechanic to ensure that anything that moves on wheels is road-ready. You will supervise and perform maintenance and recovery operations on wheeled vehicles in the field and in the shop.

Your duties include inspecting, servicing, maintaining, repairing, testing, and replacing systems and components; performing recovery operations, and servicing electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Interest in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical problems.
• Interest in automotive engines and how they work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
