What Will I Be Doing?

Daily responsibilities include:

• Working and directing personnel in a team-oriented, safety-conscious environment, following safety procedures
• Sanitation and cleaning of assigned areas, following schedules and procedures
• Moderate supervision and follow-up
• Sanitation tasks like washing down, shoveling, sweeping, cleaning screens with respirator
• Adhering to work schedules, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Assisting in maintenance, landscaping, snow removal
• Operating equipment like skid steer loaders, lifts, forklifts, and hand/power tools
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and customers
• Working from elevated areas with fall protection when necessary
• Maintaining communication regarding work issues and employee concerns
• Performing all shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
• Achieving performance expectations and employee development
• Participating in planning and development activities
• Meeting physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various environments

Physical Demands

Must be able to observe details, control machinery, manipulate objects, lift substantial weight, move for extended periods, ascend/descend ladders, operate tools and vehicles, wear respirators, and communicate effectively.
