Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair tools and techniques.

• Capable of lifting moderate weights and working outdoors in various weather.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.
• Maintain outdoor areas, mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and general landscaping.
• Monitor and maintain pool area cleanliness and safety, including chemical checks.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assist with upkeep of hotel grounds, including painting, replacing light bulbs, and fixing small plumbing or electrical issues.
• Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report major repair needs or safety concerns to supervisor or management.

Maintenance Worker

Job Summary:

A local hotel is seeking a part-time Maintenance Worker to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for basic maintenance tasks, lawn care, small repairs, and helping guests with minor issues to ensure they have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
