Pro Resources Staffing Services in Plymouth, IN is seeking candidates for Utility and Operator roles on a rotating 2 ½ day on/off schedule with 6-hour Wednesdays. The position involves assisting production lines, scrap grinding, quality checks, packaging, and maintaining a clean workspace. Lift up to 75+ lbs and pass background/drug screens.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Title: Packaging Pay: $18.00/hourHours: A & B Shift 7am-7pmLocation: Plymouth

This company operates on a rotating work schedule. You will work 2 ½ days on and then have 2 ½ days off. Wednesdays are 6-hour shifts. You will have every other weekend off. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operations of the production lines.
• Grind scrap material to be reused or disposed of.
• Assist with quality checks and make sure production orders are produced according to specifications.
• Bag and place product in designated warehouse areas.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Must be able to be flexible and willing to be moved to different production lines and areas as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 75+ lbs continuously up to 12 hours a day.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift/bend consistently (up to 12 hours).
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Steel toed boots required.
• Must submit to free background checks.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule.
• Forklift experience preferred.
