Job summary

Responsibilities include operating skid steers and loaders, performing inspections, reading manuals, and adapting to project specifications. Travel to different jobsites on short notice may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and drawings.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Operate various light equipment (e.g., skid steer, loader, excavator, forklift) per project specs.
• Promote and comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance (greasing, cleaning, oiling).
• Coordinate machine actions with crew signals and project needs.
• Read operating manuals and plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
