Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Equipment Operator.
• Ability to operate multiple construction machines (backhoe, tractor, skid steer, forklifts).
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to inspect equipment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate construction dirt equipment to move earth and equipment.
• Inspect equipment and perform safety checks.
• Ensure safety throughout operation and comply with PPE rules.
• Follow signal directions from a signaler when required.
• Support other crafts during downtime as needed.
