Express Employment Professionals Woodbury, MN is hiring a Light Equipment Operator for a well-established printing company in the East Metro. Start on first shift 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a transition to a rotating 3x12 schedule (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM), just 3 days a week and 4 days off.

Join a supportive team operating light production machinery, performing setup, maintenance and basic training.

Qualifications

• Comfortable operating light production machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to learn and cross-train.
• Strong attendance and good communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate finishing and packaging equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Assist in training teammates and coordinating workflows.
• Learn new areas and cross-train to build your skillset.
