Job summary

Express Employment Professionals Woodbury, MN is hiring a Light Equipment Operator for a well established printing company in the East Metro. You will join a supportive team and operate light production machinery to ensure high-quality printing and packaging.

Training hours are 6:00am-2:00pm Mon-Fri for about a month, after which you will move to rotating 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM). Starting pay is $18.66/hr, with pay increases upon hire and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with light mechanical work and machine operation
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Willing to learn, cross-train, and adapt to production needs
• Strong attendance and good communications skills
• Computer literate with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Comfortable using rulers, measurements, and basic math for precise adjustments
• Basic understanding of presswork procedures and materials (on-the-job training provided)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and multitask effectively in a busy environment

• Setting up and operating finishing/binding/packaging equipment
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Assisting in training new teammates and coordinating workflows
