RRD is seeking a 3rd shift Army MOS 83F: Printing and Bindery Specialist to operate offline and finishing equipment in Angola, IN. You will set up machines, perform routine maintenance, and assist with training for new crewmembers.

The role requires basic understanding of equipment operation, ability to document maintenance, and the capacity to troubleshoot common issues. RRD offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly wage of $17 with possible overtime and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Experience with binding/finishing equipment.
• Ability to operate and adjust the equipment.
• Ability to maintain machine operating/maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment.
• Set up and adjust machine and equipment for production runs.
• Clean, lubricate and maintain machine for optimum operation.
• Troubleshoot issues and submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Coordinate crewmembers and train new team members.
