The 3rd shift Printing and Bindery Specialist position is based in Indiana and involves operating offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment, plus setting up machines for production runs.

You will be responsible for cleaning, lubricating and maintaining the equipment, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating crew assignments or training new team

• Ability to set up and operate equipment according to job requirements.

Job Description

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment. Set up and adjusts machine and equipment for production runs
• Clean, lubricate and maintain machine to ensure its optimum operation. May troubleshoot issues and submit requests for maintenance as needed
• May coordinate the assignment of crewmembers and may provide training for new team members

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment

Additional Information

In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential $2 more for 2nd shift, $3 more for 3rd shift call-in, and stand-by pay.
