Job summary

RR Donnelley in Angola, Indiana is seeking a Light Equipment Operator 2 for the 2nd shift to operate offline and binding/finishing/packaging equipment and to set up machines for production runs. You will clean, lubricate and maintain equipment to ensure optimum operation and may troubleshoot issues as needed.

The role may involve coordinating crewmembers and training new team members, with knowledge of standard set ups and operating characteristics required.

• Clean, lubricate and maintain machine to ensure its optimum operation. May troubleshoot issues and submit requests for maintenance as needed
• May coordinate the assignment of crewmembers and may provide training for new team members
• Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment

In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include, overtime, shift differential $2 more for 2nd shift and $3 more for 3rd shift, call-in, and stand-by pay.
