Job summary

RR Donnelley in Indiana is seeking a binding/finishing operator to operate offline and auxiliary equipment, set up machines for production runs, and keep them clean and well-lubricated. You will trouble­shoot issues and coordinate basic crew activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment that can be set up and operated with step-by-step instructions.
• Maintain machine operating and maintenance records and related labeling tasks.
• Identify improper machine operation and make basic adjustments.

Qualifications: Qualifications

• Requires familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment which can be set up and operated following a few step by step instructions and the skill to operate the equipment
• Requires skill to perform minor clerical tasks incidental to the operation of the equipment (e.g., maintain machine operating and maintenance records, write new identification labels for computer tapes, etc.), and skill to perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating the equipment
• Ability to identify if improper machine operation and make basic adjustments

** The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $17.00 per hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential $2 more for 2nd shift, call-in, and stand-by pay.
