ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Light Equipment Operator performs street maintenance by using maintenance equipment such as a water truck, rubber wheel roller, front‑end loader, asphalt distributor, iron wheel roller, sweeper, bush hog, boom‑mower, dump truck, and flatbed truck. The Light Equipment Operator also seals and patches streets, cleans catch basins and storm sewers, and performs other related duties as required or assigned.

EXPERIENCE & TRAINING

A formal high school education or equivalent and 12‑18 months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a valid Arkansas Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
