Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Light Duty Technician at Coon Rapids CDJR to diagnose, repair and maintain Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to factory standards. The role requires strong diagnostic abilities, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

You will work Monday–Friday in a well-equipped, clean shop with modern tools and ongoing training to stay current with brand certifications. Competitive benefits and entry into a generous incentive program are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably in used/pre-owned vehicles.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to factory standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, warranty repairs, and advanced diagnostics.
• Stay up-to-date with Chrysler certifications and training.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes the CBA union agreement: $22Flat Rate, with a guarantee of $25.60
