Responsibilities

• Operate tea bag production machines safely and efficiently with a partner.
• Work as part of a two-person team to monitor and maintain machine operation.
• Load and replenish materials as needed during production.
• Monitor machines for proper operation and make basic adjustments when necessary.
• Inspect tea bags and finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Maintain consistent production standards and meet daily production goals.
• Communicate with partner and supervisor regarding machine performance, materials, and production issues.
• Identify and report equipment problems or quality concerns promptly.
• Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance as required.
• Follow production procedures, work instructions, and food safety requirements.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Perform other production duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the work shift
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive movements
• Ability to work around production machinery safely
• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or order pickers preferred
• Must follow OSHA and all workplace safety guidelines at all times
