Qualifications

• 6 years of hands-on light duty diesel repair experience.
• Diesel diagnostic experience required.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Broad hands-on repair skills across multiple vehicle systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage repair tasks, and solve technical problems.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair light-duty diesel truck systems and components.
• Perform diesel engine, electrical, and drivability diagnostics.
• Use diagnostic skills to identify faults and determine repair solutions.
• Complete in-frame overhauls and other diesel engine repairs.
• Perform transmission removal and replacement.
• Accurately track labor time and completed work in shop systems.
• Collaborate with the team to provide efficient, high-quality repairs.
• Follow established repair procedures and quality standards.
