Qualifications
- 2+ years HVAC service experience required.
- Universal EPA Certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC trade school certification preferred.
- Willingness to attend training including NATE certifications.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
Responsibilities
- Dispatched to on-demand service calls for commercial customers.
- Perform annual maintenance on light commercial HVAC equipment.
- Complete all work orders in Service Factor as calls are completed.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during every interaction.
