Pace Heating & Air in Albany/Corvallis, OR is hiring HVAC Installers to support residential and light commercial installations. We offer Carrier-trained development, paid training, and strong field support. You will learn from journeymen and work with the latest HVAC and IAQ technologies.

The role emphasizes hands-on installation, customer service, and ongoing certification opportunities, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential 4/10s seasonally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years field installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Proficient in HVAC design and ductwork installation.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions.
• Willingness to attend training including NATE Certifications.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade-school HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Residential and light commercial HVAC installations.
• Work with and learn from a journeyman.
• Install gas pipe, refrigeration pipe, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, geothermal, radiant heat, etc.
• Troubleshoot installations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Gain hands-on training and industry certifications (EPA, NATE, Carrier Factory).
