Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Wichita, KS is seeking a Light Assembly Repair Clerk for the 1st shift. You will monitor lineside areas, kit parts, and maintain orderly delivery zones while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role is full-time, pays $20.37 per hour, and involves teamwork to support efficient customer service and on-site operations at the Solutions division location.

Responsibilities

• Lineside kitting of parts through use of kit carts, kit boxes or any staging structure at the point of delivery areas.
• Removing parts from vendor packaging at point of delivery areas as needed.
• Organize all delivered orders specific to customer needs/desire at point of delivery areas.
• General organization and cleanliness of point of delivery areas, removal of unnecessary items and discarding of trash.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to the Safety Policy and Guidelines to ensure a safe warehouse working environment.
• Process Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of the delivery process as well as order paperwork information to provide accurate placement/organization as well as feedback to customer inquiries.
• Customer Communication: Provide communication to the customer and the management team regarding part issues within delivery point areas.
• Delivery: Utilize designated vehicles to deliver product to the customer, as well as return product to warehouse as needed.
