Job summary
Kelly is seeking a Light Assembly Worker / Material Handler in Florence, KY. Pay rate is $17/hr with 1st and 2nd shift options.

Typical duties include packing auto parts, maintaining a clean work area, operating reach trucks and PITs, using RF scanners to pick orders, completing forklift inspections, and upholding excellent attendance and safety
Qualifications
- Have a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and pay close attention to safety.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experienced in warehouse, assembly, or material handling roles; PIT experience required for Material Handler duties.
- Able to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed.
- Wear steel toe or composite shoes.
Responsibilities
- Pack auto parts on an assembly line and ensure quality inspection.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Operate reach trucks and other PITs as needed.
- Pick orders from racks using RF scanners, by truck and on foot.
- Complete forklift inspections and required documentation.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime.
