Job description

Drivers should be courteous and friendly, capable of delivering excellent customer service. They must assist clients in getting in and out of the vehicle and provide a "through the door" service.

Applicants must have a flexible work schedule to accommodate business needs.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Perform pre-inspection checks on all vehicles before driving.
2. Ensure all items and devices are stored properly.
3. Drive clients safely to and from destinations.

Education & Training

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Must have a valid driver's license (Class C or commercial Class A/B with passenger endorsement). CPR/First Aid certification is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Denver and surrounding areas is necessary.

Knowledge and Experience

Experience driving corporate clients and paratransit vehicles is a plus. Must have held a driver's license for at least five years with no more than one moving violation or at-fault accident in the past three years. Familiarity with cellular phones, GPS navigation, and at least one year of experience working with the elderly is required.

Working Conditions

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. A current driving record printout (valid within 30 days), pre-employment drug screening, data check, and EPS check are required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to pass a physical test, lift up to 50 lbs, push up to 150 lbs, bend from the waist, pivot, and move from standing to kneeling and back.
