Position Details

All interested applicants start as a Driver in Training, where you will learn our policies, procedures, and obtain necessary endorsements. Upon successful completion, you will be promoted to a Non-CDL Driver role.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation by operating school buses or other vehicles on designated routes.
• Maintain high ethical standards and report any suspicious behavior.
• Arrive on time and ensure route safety.
• Assist passengers physically in emergencies.
• Report accidents or incidents immediately.
• Follow policies on student and passenger management.
• Complete all required paperwork promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Operate vehicle equipment safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old (25 in Tennessee).
• Possess or be able to obtain valid state licenses and certifications.
• Meet physical and medical requirements, pass drug screening.

• Practice defensive driving at all times.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
