Qualifications

• One year of related equipment experience with stand-up, sit-down, high reach, quad mast, pallet jacks, or double pallet jack.
• Certification in operating electrically powered forklifts required or able to complete forklift training with certificate.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Capability to work cross functionally and communicate with other departments.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Team oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Capable of learning and using the equipment and tools used to perform the job.
• Basic mathematical skills (such as adding and subtracting).

Responsibilities

• Operate electrically powered stand-up, sit-down, high reach, quad-mast, pallet jacks, or double pallet jack equipment to move products in the cold storage.
• Move materials in the warehouse and load/unload truck trailers or shipping containers.
• Consistently use a tablet on lift to direct, identify, and track raw materials as they are moved.
• Follow FIFO protocol to rotate and store ingredients or materials.
• Utilize JD Edwards to relocate packaging and ingredients from Warehouse to production.
• Prepare and weigh ingredients ahead of time for production per schedule.
• Reconcile ingredients and packaging after production runs.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Assist with pulling ingredients/packaging from Warehouse for non-production departments when needed.
• Inspect and unload trailers, then transport and store incoming materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
