Frank Gay Commercial Services is seeking experienced Lift Station Technicians to join our Central Florida team in Orlando. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on sewer lift stations, operate diagnostic tools, and ensure safe operation of equipment and vehicles.

The role requires at least 1 year of lift station experience, a clean driver's license, and the ability to work independently. A drug screen, MVR, and background check are required as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Lift Station Technician experience.
• Electrical experience is a plus.
• Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Physical dexterity and a clean driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance and repair on sewer lift stations.
• Maintain mechanical systems and pump panels.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Operate trade tools and diagnostic instruments.
• Keep accurate work orders and maintenance logs.
• Report deterioration and needed repairs.

What You Will Do

• Performs general preventative maintenance and repair on the sewer lift stations,
• Performs maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and components on the panels and pumps.
• Troubleshoots electrical and mechanical issues.
• Performs maintenance according to assigned schedules or when directed.
• Operates standard manual, electrical, and gas-powered tools, including trade-specific tools such as welders, leak detectors, meters, gauges, and other diagnostic instruments.
• Maintains and ensures the safe operating condition of equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Performs record maintenance duties (i.e., work orders, materials and supplies utilized, cost estimates, labor required, maintenance logs, fuel logs).
• Reports any detected deterioration, repair, and maintenance of lift stations.
• Skills such as operating a backhoe, skid steer, and other related equipment.
• Also, will perform other duties including but not limited to lift stations.

You Must Have

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lift Station Technician
• Electrical experience is a plus!
• Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check.

• CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE
