Qualifications

• Majors Desired: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Petroleum, Industrial), Engineering Technology, Sciences (Geology, Math, Physics), Business Administration, Management, Marketing or similar disciplines.
• Desired Qualifications: Strong communication skills, relocation flexibility; internship/co‑op experience preferred; bilingual in Spanish or Arabic a plus.
• Work Authorization: US or Canada work authorization required; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• The LIFT Rotational Development Program focuses on exposure to the ESP business and full Summit ESP value chain.
• Phase 1: six months of rotational training across key areas (Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Operations, Sales, Well-Monitoring).
• Phase 2: three months in a focused area aligned with interests and business needs.
• Possible focus areas include Sales, Account Management, Product Engineering, Reliability, Field Operations and Well-Monitoring.
