Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and a US citizen or have work permit.
• Must have passed the operator proficiency test.
• Seasonal orientation completed.
• All safety training related to position.
• Outdoor work in temperature extremes and high altitude.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsible charge of aerial and surface lifts.
• Maintain operational log per 4.3.5.1.
• Advise supervisor of any safety conditions.
• Report to duty station and perform daily inspections.
• Clear and maintain ramp and maze areas.
• Maintain lifts and lift buildings.
• Assist skiers, snowboarders and lift riders.
• Instruct riders in lift use.
• Operate tools and equipment as needed (shovels, etc.).
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Summer operations: lift guests' bikes from bike racks and hold until next chair.
