ConGlobal in Louisville, KY is seeking a Lift Operator to safely unload, load, and reposition intermodal containers within our depot yard using top-lift or side loader. You9ll help minimize driver wait times and ensure proper container and chassis placement to support gate operations and repair teams.

This role requires experience operating heavy equipment, a valid drivers license, ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Experience operating top-lift, side loader, or similar heavy equipment.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Must pass background verification and drug screening.
• Valid drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift equipment to move containers in the yard.
• Load and unload containers from chassis.
• Stack/unstack containers per yard plan.
• Coordinate with gate personnel.
• Support maintenance by moving equipment for repairs.
• Perform routine safety checks and report issues.
• Follow site safety protocols and keep yard organized.
