Job summary

ConGlobal is hiring an Intermodal Equipment Operator to move containers within our intermodal yard, operating hostlers, cranes, top loaders, and side loaders with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will join a dynamic team with paid training, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for long-term advancement. Shift flexibility includes weekends and holidays, with a valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in logistics or industrial settings.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and maintain open availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment to load/unload containers from railcars and trucks.
• Drive hostlers to position containers and chassis in the yard.
• Use top loaders, side loaders, and cranes to move and stack containers.
• Inspect equipment before and after use for safety.
• Coordinate moves with yard personnel and supervisors.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following protocols.
