Job summary

Mountain-Capital-Partners is seeking a Lift Operator to help guests enjoy the mountain while maintaining safe, smooth lift operations. You’ll assist riders of all ages, load and unload guests, and monitor chairs and safety systems from the lift or ground.

The role requires reliability, outdoor stamina, and a willingness to work in varying weather, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Enjoy a season-long outdoor team environment with perks on mountain travel.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, nights.
• Outdoor, mountain environment, in extreme weather.

Responsibilities

• Monitor lift operations and assist guests with loading.
• Report issues promptly to promote lift efficiency.
• Relay information to guests and team members.
• Provide friendly, on-mountain interactions.
