Job summary

SanMar Sparks, NV is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely locate products, operate RF scanning and powered lift equipment, and move items through the warehouse. You will load/unload, restock, pick and pack customer orders while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of lift operator experience, and the ability to read and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of lift operator experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity.
• Demonstrates ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must comprehend verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment to move product, using RF unit to scan movements.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for customer orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and manage checkout/return process.
• Follow procedures for care and use of equipment and keys.
• Adhere to all safety requirements and guidelines.
• Complete and maintain Lift Operator Certification per OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
