Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of lift operator experience
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information
• Basic math skills for counting and quantities
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Good verbal and written communication
• Overtime may be required

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment and use RF unit to scan product movements
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product
• Restock, pick, and pack products for orders
• Inspect equipment daily and manage checkout/return of equipment
• Follow procedures for care and use of equipment and keys
• Adhere to all safety requirements and guidelines
• Complete and maintain Lift Operator Certification per OSHA
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all policies and standards
