Job summary

Brundage-Mountain-Resor is seeking a Lift Supervisor for the winter season. The full-time role will oversee lift operations, ensure safety protocols, and deliver a high-quality guest and employee experience in outdoor winter conditions at Brundage Mountain.

The position requires leadership experience in lift operations, strong communication, and the ability to navigate mountain locations by skiing or riding. Availability on weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a lift operation’s lead or supervisory role.
• Able to clearly communicate, written and verbally, to management and crew.
• Able to access all mountain locations by skiing or riding at an intermediate level.
• Previous industry or position experience that qualify candidates to apply for this position.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and pass an insurance driving history inquiry.
• Able to travel between the Activity Barn and Brundage Mountain
• Able to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
• Able to have open availability and work weekends, and holidays if scheduled

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of daily lift operations.
• Supervise lift operations staff and prioritize safety.
• Fill in as an operator when needed.
• Support scheduling and daily lift assignments.
• Help train new and returning staff.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Direct operators at load/unload stations and maintain standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Summary:The Lift Supervisor is a full-time winter seasonal position. The supervisor will assist in all aspects of daily operations, supervise lift operations staff, prioritize safety, and ensure an AWESOME guest and employee experience. We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and customer service oriented, outdoor enthusiast.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Help provide a friendly and positive environment for our guests to experience and our staff to work in.Fill in as an operator when needed.
