Job summary

Loveland Ski Area in Colorado seeks an experienced Lift Operations Foreman for a full-time seasonal role, overseeing lift operations staff and ensuring safe, efficient uphill transport for guests.

You will train personnel, conduct investigations, coordinate with regulatory and insurance requirements, and supervise loading areas and snow removal to maintain safe operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of lift operations experience.
• Willing to work holidays and weekends.
• Operator in Charge/Lead experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and oversight of lift operations personnel.
• Conduct follow up training throughout the season.
• Assist with lift operator duties as needed.
• Assist in lift-related accident investigations and documentation.
• Assist in the determination and discontinuation of operation on any lift due to mechanical issues, weather conditions, or other reasons.
• Oversee and assist in the continued maintenance of loading and unloading areas, snow removal, and lift clearances.
