Job summary

Reeder Distributors, Inc. seeks an experienced Equipment Lift Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, inspect, and repair light to heavy duty automotive lifts for safe and reliable operation. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are essential for independent or team work.

Experience with automotive/heavy-duty lifts is highly preferred. Training may be provided for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude; forklift and OSHA certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Forklift and OSHA certification preferred (training available).
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance, and inspections on light-to-heavy duty lifts.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems as needed.
• Automotive lifts, in ground and above ground.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and regulations.
