Job summary

ConGlobal is seeking a Lift Operator in Memphis, TN to unload, load, and reposition intermodal containers using top-lift or side-loader. This full-time role supports gate, yard, and maintenance teams, ensuring safe container placement and efficient operations.

Starting pay is $21.07 per hour with paid training, competitive benefits, and opportunities for advancement. You will work 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, outdoors in varying weather, with a strong emphasis on safety and

Qualifications

• Experience operating top-lift or side-loader equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• Open availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate top-lift and/or side loader equipment to move containers within the yard.
• Load and unload intermodal containers from and onto chassis.
• Stack and unstack containers and chassis according to the yard plan.
• Coordinate with gate personnel to assist drivers dropping off or picking up equipment.
• Support the maintenance team by moving equipment for repairs or inspections.
• Perform routine safety checks and report any equipment issues or safety concerns.
