VC Stack is seeking a LifeTech Ventures Associate to drive sourcing and due diligence for life sciences startups at the LifeTech Accelerator in Indianapolis. You will identify high-potential startups, conduct assessments, and connect them with corporate partners.

The ideal candidate should hold a Ph.D. in a Life Sciences discipline and have 1-3 years of experience in venture capital or related fields. Passion for entrepreneurship and innovation is essential for this role.

Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. in a Life Sciences discipline is highly preferred.
• 1-3 years experience in venture capital or startup operations.
• Strong understanding of drug discovery and medical device landscapes.

Aufgaben

• Proactively identify and scout high-potential life sciences startups.
• Conduct initial assessments and due diligence on prospective startups.
• Act as primary point of contact for founders during scouting process.
• Collaborate with Plug and Play team for corporate innovation needs.
• Actively participate in Indianapolis life sciences ecosystem.
• Support the LifeTech Program Manager in accelerator execution.
