Job summary

Plug and Play Tech Center in Indianapolis is seeking a LifeTech Program Manager to lead the launch, operation, and growth of the LifeTech Accelerator. You will design curricula, coordinate startups, and engage corporate partners to deliver an impactful program.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in program or accelerator management within life sciences, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to be on-site in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5+ years in program management, accelerator management, startup operations, or related Life Sciences role.
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystem and Life Sciences challenges.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of the LifeTech accelerator curriculum and program structure.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the accelerator, including workshops, mentoring, and events.
• Recruit and onboard high-potential Life Science startups with a focus on milestones and outcomes.
• Engage corporate partners, manage partnerships, and measure program impact.
