A top critical-access hospital in Washington state (WA) seeks a Hospitalist Physician (Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Med/Peds trained) to join their long-tenured team.

Position Highlights:

1. Inpatient only with optional outpatient shifts available - If interested, you can maintain your skills in both areas
2. 4-day work week with nights, weekends, and Fridays off - Home with your family each night!
3. Average census of 2-3 with NO ICU responsibilities
4. EMR-EPIC
5. Joining 4 Physicians that have been with the team 15+ years
6. Ability to pick up ED shifts, if interested, but not required

Compensation Package Includes:

1. Competitive base salary in the range of $270,000-$300,000 - Negotiable based on skills and experience
2. Annual retention bonus
3. Sign-on bonus of $50,000
4. Relocation up to $20,000
