Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf in Palm Desert, CA seeks a Trilogy Lifestyle Coordinator to bring communities to life through events, programming and communications. You will support the Lifestyle Director, ensuring timely updates to the member portal and coordinating on-site and off-site activities.

The role requires copywriting, content management, and strong teamwork with departments. Some nights/weekends may be required and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in recreation management or hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, responsive to members' needs.
• Valid driver's license required.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certifications as required by the Club.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf to support company goals.
• Maintain the accuracy of the communication platform for Members; copywriting and content creation; update My Trilogy Life daily.
• Source vendors to provide lifestyle activation for the Club.
• Create a comprehensive member program with monthly activities and events on-site and off-site.
• Support national programming through communication and participation.
• Host Club events and conduct satisfaction surveys for all events.
• Collaborate to share information and create engaging lifestyle events with Shea Community Representatives.
• Foster an open communication environment with Members; assist with other duties as assigned.
