Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is hiring a Lifestyle Coordinator to drive community engagement through events, programming and communications. You will work with the Lifestyle Director and multiple departments to ensure timely, accurate information and vibrant member activities.

The role requires copywriting, content management, and occasional nights/weekends, with a focus on delivering a healthy, fulfilled lifestyle for Members and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in recreation management or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf to support company goals.
• Maintain accuracy of the communication platform for Members; copywriting and content creation.
• Source vendors for lifestyle activation and collaborate on member programs and events.
• Host Club events; conduct satisfaction surveys and support national programming.
