Verterra ™ , a Trilogy ® Boutique Community in Bonney Lake, WA, invites applications for a Lifestyle Coordinator to energize the community through events, programs and communications. You will support the Lifestyle Director, manage content, and coordinate activities that promote a healthy, active lifestyle for Members.

The Trilogy Lifestyle Coordinator assists the club in achieving the most critical goal; bringing the community to life through events, programming and communications and more. To do this, the coordinator supports the Lifestyle Director in working directly with all the departments of the Club, developing activities and events to support a healthy, happy, fulfilled lifestyle. Primary responsibility is the accuracy and timeliness of information and events posted in the communication portal for the Members.
The Lifestyle Coordinator must be able to deploy a wide variety of skills, including personality, copywriting, web content managements, email/text/alert deployment, team player, and more. This position may require working some nights and weekends.
This position reports to the Hospitality Director.
This position generally operates in a professional indoor office environment, but may have some exposure to outdoor weather conditions, and occasionally native wildlife, when on the grounds of the facility or attending outdoor events. There is routine use of standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, copy and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak and hear; sit, stand and walk (occasionally for an extended period), use hands to fingers, handle or feel, bend, and reach with hands and arms.
