Job summary

Ibis Landing Golf & Country Club in Lehigh Acres, FL, is seeking a Lifestyle Director to enrich residents' quality of life through programs, classes, and events. As part of Troon, you will lead community activities, manage communications, and coordinate partnerships to keep residents engaged and entertained.

The role requires exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills, a background in recreation, hospitality, or related field, and at least five years of coordinating activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in recreation, hospitality, sales or communication preferred.
• Minimum 5 years coordinating and promoting recreational activities, volunteer programs, or fund-raising events.
• Experience with private club residential communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement programs, classes, and events for a healthy, active lifestyle.
• Develop and manage Activities budget with recommendations to leadership.
• Lead member events, marketing, invitations, RSVPs, and on-site representation to ensure high-quality programs.
• Coordinate and develop a volunteer program with local partners.
• Host seminars and events to build resident wellness and awareness.
• Create and distribute resident communications including newsletters and notices.
• Manage member website and social media content and track engagement.
