Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Lifestyle Director to shape a vibrant, resort-style living environment for residents. You will design and lead social, educational, wellness programs, and nurture strong relationships within the community.

The role reports to the Community Manager and requires driving the shuttle, managing budgets, and coordinating events while ensuring safety and quality of life for seniors.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience and leadership or community management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local community and a passion for serving seniors.
• Experience coordinating events, wellness programs, or fitness activities.

Mansioni

• Plan, implement, and refine inclusive community events and activities.
• Deliver lifestyle, wellness, and fitness programming with diverse classes.
• Develop and manage the annual budget for lifestyle programming.
• Create and distribute monthly calendars and newsletters using online tools.
• Oversee scheduling of facilities and ensure spaces are prepared and safe.
