Responsibilities

• Plan, host, and coordinate events and programming that foster an engaging community atmosphere for residents.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and team members; create social connections and memorable experiences.
• Manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
• Engage audiences by speaking in front of groups and facilitating activities.
• Create social media content using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Canva, and short-form video.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning, hospitality, catering, country clubs, hotels, restaurants, weddings, senior living, or community engagement is preferred.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging audiences.
• Creative thinker who can adapt quickly when plans change and enjoys interacting with residents.
