Job summary

Action Property Management in California is seeking a full-time Lifestyle Coordinator for Del Webb at River Lands in Lathrop. You will design and execute resident events, coordinate amenity experiences, and foster a welcoming community.

The role involves marketing communications, vendor coordination, and scheduling. The schedule is Wed-Sun, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with compensation of $30.00–$35.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hospitality, resident services, event planning, or related customer-facing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn community management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, promote, and execute resident social events and programs.
• Develop an ongoing calendar of events appealing to residents with varying interests.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including vendors, entertainment, food, supplies and setup.
• Attend and facilitate events, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Track attendance and participation to evaluate program effectiveness and engagement trends.
• Coordinate resident reservations and rentals of amenity spaces; maintain records.
