Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a collaborative Lifestyle Coordinator to help foster resident and community partnerships through events, programming, and communications.

You will plan and execute events, create content for websites and newsletters, support amenity center operations, welcome new residents, manage clubs, and handle vendor relations. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related experience.
• 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in recreation, communications, journalism or community development from an accredited college or university.
• This is not an 8-5, Monday-Friday desk job. Must work full-time hours with flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with resident boards, committees and volunteers.
• All prospective employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

In this crucial role, you’ll work collaboratively with the Lifestyle Director to foster resident and community partnerships and facilitate connections through events, programming and communications.

If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.

The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:

• Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
• Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
• Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
• Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions. (Please note: We will request and review an MVR at the time of hire and on a periodic basis thereafter to ensure that employees maintain a satisfactory driving status.)
